    We all carry trauma, whether big or small. Throughout the retreat, we invite and guide you to reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and intelligence through somatic practices.

Who is this Unwinding Pain retreat for?

Pain comes in many forms. When we hear the word pain, many think of the physical aspect. But we challenge you to input the word STRESS in place of pain. The entire retreat offers the concept of processing and managing stress in the physical, mental and emotional bodies.

The retreat will benefit anyone who is experiencing ongoing mental/ physical pain, nervous system dysregulation or a chronic disease that is compromising quality of life.

What’s included in the retreat package:

  • Accommodations for 5 days, 4 nights

    • Private and shared rooms available
